Resetting an Analog Channel

You can reset an analog (FXS) channel by disconnecting the current call (if exists).

To reset an analog channel:

1.

Open the Monitor page (Monitor menu > Monitor).

2.

Click the required FXS blade; the Port Status page appears, displaying the ports of the blade (see Viewing Status of FXS Ports).

3.

Click the port that you want to reset; the port's Channel dialog box opens.

4.

Click Reset Channel; a message appears at the bottom of the page, informing you that the port was successfully reset.
